About Us
Empowering women and educating youth are the two strongest forces for building a just, healthy, and prosperous society
~ Inspired by the vision of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam
At Floydee Future Foundation (registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013), our work is guided by a simple belief: every young person and every woman deserves the chance to grow with dignity, skills, and opportunity.
Founded with a vision to make learning meaningful and employability attainable, the Foundation works at the intersection of education, health, and social impact.
We exist to bridge the gap between potential and access—ensuring that youth and women, regardless of background, experience holistic development through health, skill-building, confidence, and clear pathways to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
We design hands-on, practical experiences that help individuals discover their strengths, build future-ready skills, and step into purposeful lives with clarity and confidence.
Our Focus & Forward Path
While both programs work together to build strong, confident futures, Aarohi stands at the heart of our community impact. Its model—combining education, on-ground care, follow-up, and referrals—allows it to be scalable, sustainable, and deeply rooted in real needs.
As Arohi expands, it creates measurable change not just in awareness, but in access to services, dignity in care, and long-term health outcomes for girls and women—making it a powerful platform for partners, donors, and institutions to invest in lasting social impact.
We stand guided by the spirit of United Nations'
Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

Every workshop, mentorship, and partnership we create is rooted
in one simple intention — to make learning a pathway to dignity, independence, and hope.
