In a country as diverse as India, access to accurate health information is still a privilege for many-especially adolescent girls and young women in underserved communities. Social stigma, silence, and lack of safe spaces often prevent open conversations around physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

AROHI is Floydee Future Foundation’s holistic Health & Wellness initiative designed to bridge this gap. Aligned with CSR priorities and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), AROHI creates safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental spaces where young people can learn, ask questions, and build lifelong health awareness.
Through interactive classroom sessions led by eminent doctors, psychologists, and health experts, and supported by a digital health app for menstrual, mental, and emotional well-being tracking, AROHI empowers participants with trusted knowledge and practical tools to take charge of their health. Our programs cater to girls and women aged 12–50 years, with content thoughtfully designed and delivered to meet the age-specific needs, concerns, and life stages of each group.
At Floydee Future Foundation, learning goes beyond textbooks. Through partnerships with schools, colleges, and community institutions, AROHI delivers structured health and wellness education across schools, colleges, and community settings, with a strong focus on women and girls.
Our sessions are carefully structured for different age groups — Adolescents, Young Adults, and Adult Women-ensuring Relevance, Comfort, and Impact. The sessions cover:

Puberty &
Body Awareness
Menstrual Hygiene & Reproductive Health
PCOD/PCOS Awareness
& Early Understanding
Nutrition and Healthy Lifestyle Habits
Cervical Cancer Awareness
& Early Screening
Mental and Emotional Well-Being
Delivered in safe, supportive environments, these sessions encourage open dialogue, build confidence, and enable informed health decisions-contributing to healthier individuals and stronger communities.
Sanitary Pad Distribution Drives
As part of our commitment to Women’s health and dignity, AROHI conducts sanitary pad distribution drives in disadvantaged schools, colleges, and communities with limited resources-integrated with health awareness sessions.
Along with providing access to safe menstrual products, we offer practical guidance on menstrual hygiene, address myths and taboos, and foster open conversations around menstruation. This ensures girls can manage their periods with confidence, continue their education without disruption, and participate fully in daily life.
