Building Pathways From Education to Employment
The Vidya Program is Floydee Future Foundation’s flagship initiative that empowers aspiring youth with 21st-century skills, practical exposure, and career pathways— preparing them to become active contributors to India’s digital and economic growth.
Vidya Comprises Two Key Pillars:
Foundation For Future Skills
Saksham
A hands-on learning initiative for college students that introduces them to emerging domains such as AI, Data Science, Software Development, Cybersecurity, Design Thinking, and other digital tools through free, short-term bootcamps, workshops, and trainings.
Saksham focuses on nurturing awareness, curiosity, and digital confidence among young learners from communities with limited access to quality education and exposure — across Tier I, II, and III cities.
Advanced Learning To Livelihood
Avsar
Avsar builds on the foundation created through Saksham, offering a pathway for students who wish to take their learning forward. It focuses on bridging education with employability, enabling students — especially from under-resourced and underserved communities — to step confidently into the professional world with both competence and direction.

Digital Inclusion & Access
We aim to democratize access to technology-enabled learning and employability skills for youth with limited exposure to digital opportunities. Through partnerships with colleges and academic institutions, we reach students from diverse regions — including smaller towns and underrepresented communities — ensuring that no learner is left behind in the digital era.
Women in Tech & Beyond
Through targeted education, mentorship, and skill-building initiatives, we empower young women to learn, lead, and thrive in technology careers. Alongside digital skills, we also emphasize health awareness, well-being, and holistic development, ensuring that every woman is confident, capable, and future-ready.
